Mr. Tony at the Theatre & Kids Performing Arts Camp
A big thank you to the Theatre & Kids Performing Arts Camp for having Freestyle Dance Academy & Mr. Tony as a guest teacher this week! We had so much fun with you guys!
The kids spent time learning the history of hip-hop, and diving into the beginnings of specific styles such as popping, breaking, locking and more.
The Theatre & Kids camp program is run by On Stage & Off Inc., located in Lansdale, PA. On Stage & Off Inc. also has year-round programs for kids & adults interested in the performing arts. Boasting a high school performance choir, a children’s choir, a theatre arts program and more, On Stage & Off Inc. has opportunities for young people to experience the arts. They also present various shows throughout the year to the Bucks County and Montgomery County area. Some of the 2013-2014 lineup included The Little Prince, Bye Bye Birdie and The Wizard of Oz.
