The 2017 Freestyle Dance Academy Parade Group at the Doylestown Memorial Day Parade.
On a wet and rainy Memorial Day, Freestyle Dance Academy once again was an active participant in the annual Doylestown Memorial Day Parade, which takes place in the Bucks County community every Memorial Day holiday. The Doylestown Memorial Day Parade is the oldest running Memorial Day parade in the entire country! The rain couldn’t stop our dancers from having fun, and the studio even went ‘live’ on Instagram from the parade.

All though the dancers started off a bit wet, the dance studio enjoyed participating in the yearly parade, along with showing support to those who serve our country. Beginning at Central Bucks West high school, the dancers & walkers traveled down Main Street, behind the CB West Marching Band, and arrived at Court Street for the end of the parade. After the parade’s conclusion, there is always ceremony to honor all of the veterans who have fought for the U.S.A. The 2017 National Anthem was sung by a good friend of Freestyle Dance Academy, Mr. Justin Guarini!
